The beautifully restored Dob Street opened on 9 June 2003 at number 15 in Spinoza's Cafe and Theater. The Dutch Cultural Center enriches the cultural life of Elizabeth City. Exhibitions, and performances will be held at noon concerts. The last event on Wednesday as free offers for the visitors.
